We only accept returns for damaged or incorrect items, or wrong size.
You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a return.
Send your order number, clear photos of the damage or wrong item, and packaging to our WhatsApp Number or DM us on our Instagram Page @thrif-tittys_Official.
All returns must be approved by us before being sent back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
